GridRock, Inc. is a US-incorporated Delaware C-corporation established specifically to develop hyperscale AI and cloud-architecture data-center capacity. Operating as a digital-infrastructure developer, we sit at the development layer, assembling land, permits, and dedicated on-site power to build shovel-ready campuses.
Our Model
The global data center market is heavily constrained by power availability, with grid-connection queues in primary EU markets averaging seven to ten years. GridRock overcomes this bottleneck through a model called “powered land enablement”.
Our accountable team carries a campus from raw, powered land to a commissioned, tenant-ready facility.
We pair land with dedicated on-site power, collapsing the multi-year grid-connection timeline into a one-to-two-year build.
We develop two complementary classes of facilities: high-density, liquid-cooled AI data centers for model training and inference, and multi-availability-zone cloud-architecture data centers.
Unlike traditional developers who outsource delivery to third-party engineering firms, GridRock brings delivery and program management in-house.
